Tilden Memory Care & Assisted Living is a boutique 8-bed residential assisted living and memory care (dementia, Alzheimer's) residence nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Alexandria, Virginia. We offer exceptional care in a comfortable, familiar setting built specifically around the needs and desires of our residents. Being one of the only luxury single-story homes in the DC metro area to offer fully private bedroom suites, we can provide a level of care and safety unmatched by other smaller facilities.
