About Tillwater Pointe Apartments We are located in the northern part of Fort Wayne, right off Coldwater Road. We offer spacious 1 to 4 bedroom units with their own washer and dryer. Tillwater Pointe is conveniently situated within one mile of grocery stores, banks, restaurants, and the Allen County Public Library. The YMCA at Dawson’s Creek, with its great walking path, is within a mile as well. There is something for everyone! We offer monthly programs for the residents to attend and the “Y” visits weekly to keep our youth active. Public transportation is easily accessed at the corner of our property for those who may need it. Please give us a call to set up a tour. We would love to show you our community.
