Hey there, I'm Tim Burroughs. I work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, and those relocating both locally and from a distance. I serve Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell, and Middleton, Idaho. My clients want the best homes they can afford, and with my appraisal background, I know what affects value, and my clients listen to my suggestions. I've been a Realtor for over 29 years and I have served over 1,700 families. The best praise I've ever received was when clients tell me they felt I really watched out for their best interests.
