Awful, I left in tears, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I've been using various dry cleaners for years but since I'm new to the area, this was my first (and last) visit to Timely Cleaners. I dropped off 2 black ladies suits on a Thurs. at 4 pm. They told me that I could have them ready the next day at 4 pm with rush service. On Sat. morning at 11 am I went to pick them up. The man started running around mumbling and I knew something was wrong. He then informed me that 1 of the skirts was ruined because he spilled a bottle of stain remover on it while RUSHING to clean my suits (of course it had to be my favorite Ann Taylor skirt in a hard to find petite size, retail $108). He said he would give me $60 for it. At that point I was upset but THEN he dropped the bomb, I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR MY DRY CLEANING! Are you serious?! I was in tears and now I have to run around to find another skirt before work on Monday. I left there with $51 and 1.5 suits. I know accidents happen but it seems strange that one happened on my very FIRST visit.
