Timothy J. Mickus, MD

Timothy J. Mickus, MD, is the Associate Director of Cardiac Imaging and Research in the Division of Cardiothoracic Imaging with AHN Imaging. His special skills include thoracic imaging, cardiac CTA, and aortic CTA. Dr. Mickus's clinical interests include lung cancer screening and interstitial lung disease.

He attended medical school at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Mickus completed his residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and his fellowship in chest and cardiac radiology at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiologic Sciences at Drexel University College of Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Radiology and holds a Cardiac MRI Certificate of Proficiency from the American College of Radiology. He is an active member of the American Roentgen Ray Society.
