Tim's Towing and Body Shop

Tims Towing and Body shop has been in business since 1978. The company was first started as a bodyshop in Linwood and then the need of a wrecker came to transport the damaged vehicles. Over the years Tims accepted new challenges and customers and started building referals from other businesses, they then expanded to six wreckers including two flatbeds. In 2000 the company moved from its original location to a larger shop at 183 N Huron, the new location was better suited to do auto body repair on the medium duty size vehicles as well as a seperate shop to store and work on the company vehicles. In early 2000 Tims started adding more wreckers and employees to help keep up with the demand wich was largely credited to the employees of Tims and also their beliefs in training and certification through the University of Georgia and also wreckmaster. Over the last couple of years Tims Towing and Body Shop has grown to over 13 wreckers and support units and is the largest in Bay County. Tims also services the entire Bay County as well as Standish and southern Arenac County. Tim's Towing recognised the need for a reputable wrecker company in the surrounding cities and has since added added a location in Standish to better serve the arenac county customers and also a location in Pinconning. Tims has always been a believer in supporting the community, wether it be entering in the local parades, hauling santa into the parks,or sponsering events. We owe a lot of our success to the communities in which we serve and we will continue to persue our relationships with our customers and our communities.
