Tip-Top Aluminum Prods in Gravesend, Brooklyn is: Horrible customer service and poor installation. I had an awning installed over my balcony in October 2012. I have called their customer service at least 8 times!!! Rain and snow would just soak my balcony, and water would come into my shed causing water damage to some of my tools. Every time I called, I would be promised that they would get it referred to someone to rectify the problem. 10 months later (and many calls to their office later) , and still no service whatsoever. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Why are they still in business??? Oh, I know why...so they could make money providing poor products and customer service, and screw the hard-working person. How deceptive their advertising is!
