On a recent trip to Florida I picked up a nail in my brand new tire. It was in a spot there was no way to patch or repair so I needed a new tire.
I originally purchased the tire from NTB so I searched for a local branch in Gulf Breeze, Florida only to find NTB's sister company Tire Kingdom.
At the Tire Kingdom Gulf Breeze Kayla was our first contact. She stayed in constant contact with us from locating the puncture to finding us a tire that matched the other tires on our truck. One of the Tire Kingdom Gulf Breeze team went to pick up the tire in bad weather conditions and had it ready to install the exact same day.
Athena visited with us while we waited making us comfortable and the time flew by.
Phil the technician was totally professional and friendly.
Phil the Manager should be commended for putting together such a great team. He also was a great guy to visit with and did great working with us on our tire warranty.
