TK Gym MMA and Fitness

We have a full weightlifting area with both free weights and cable machines. A cardio area with 15 treadmills, stationary bikes, row machines, step machines and more. A Lache' freestyle workout system for body weight workouts, TRX workouts, circuit training, strength and conditioning and the ability to apply much more. Then we have our Mixed Martial Arts area that has ample room for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing classes that is taught by our extremely high level instructors.
