The TMJ Headache Treatment Center of CT is a place where TMJ & TMD can be not only treated, but cured. Since the advent of Rejuvenation Dentistry the severe headaches, difficulty chewing, worn teeth, neck & shoulder pain, migraines, toothaches, jaw pain, hearing loss and other painful symptoms of TMJ can now be completely reversed. TMD is a temporomandibular joint dysfunction that causes many different and painful symptoms including jaw pain, difficulty chewing, severe headaches, painful migraines, pain in the teeth, hearing problems, worn teeth, gum recession, ringing in the ears and associated ailments. TMJ also known as TMD will become degenerative and get worse over time if the root cause is left untreated.

Often a quick fix such as a mouth appliance or anti-inflammatory medication is prescribed. While these treatments will help lessen the pain associated with TMJ they will not solve the root cause of the problem. If the root cause of the problem is a misaligned bite then the bite will only continue to misalign in the future unless measures are taken to correct it.

Dr. Tagliarini is referred to as a “TMJ Specialist” by his patients due to his years if advanced training with the Texas Center for Occlusal Studies, and being a practitioner of Rejuvenation Dentistry. Dentists with Specialized training in TMJ are rare due to the complexity of the temporomandibular joint, and the numerous factors contributing to a problem with the joint.
