Mr. Zuckerbrod has worked in the securities industry for nearly 30 years. He has been a regulator with the NYSE, in-house counsel with Merrill Lynch, securities defense attorney with Greenberg Traurig, General Counsel to an old line brokerage firm and is now in private practice. He has handled well over 100 securities arbitrations through Award and has represented brokers and brokerage firms in regulatory matters over the course of his career. Mr. Zuckerbrod also represents customers in arbitration proceedings and has increasingly worked on trust and estate matters, including estate planning and litigation. His knowledge of the market, understanding of trust issues and the utmost integrity makes him ideal to serve as a Trustee.
