Todd has been a full time Real Estate Professional since 1986 and is licensed in Georgia and North Carolina. He grew up in the Lake Chatuge Valley (Towns County GA & Hayesville NC) and is involved in the small town fabric of life. Todd specializes in Lake, Luxury and Unique Mountain Properties on Lakes Chatuge, Blue Ridge, Burton, Rabun and the surrounding Mountain Area. He also has vast experience with Lake, Waterfront, Luxury, land developing, 1031 tax deferred exchanges and Hunting & Fishing properties.

Todd is consistently one of the Regions Top Producers and has been awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement. He holds seven professional designations with specialties in Lake and Luxury, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and Senior Real Estate an area that includes expertise in Estates, Probate, Downsizing and life issues specific to our Golden Years.
