About us
Attorney Tommy Hull has over 15 years of experience and he provides defense counsel services to all of Midland County, and reaching into Odessa. Attorney Hull is a former chief felony prosecutor for the state of Texas. Working that side of the legal aisle gave him a unique perspective on how the system works and a desire to help more defendants get the type of vigorous legal defense they deserve, and that a fair justice system depends on. Attorney Hull knows from experience that not everyone accused of crime is guilty. He knows that it is the job of the prosecution to prove guilt–not the defendant to prove innocence, and he aims to hold prosecutors to the lofty standard. Furthermore, Attorney Hull knows the accused are not necessarily bad.
