We use a high-tech software scheduling system to ensure that no pet is ever left behind. We also have an optional customer portal where you can book service, make payments, and see your GPS check-ins/outs. You can access this portal online through your PC, tablet, or the APP! You will also be able to see confirmations for future and past service as well as invoices. This is a feature that our customers just LOVE! All of our employees love animals and it shows! Our sitters have experience in the pet care industry or working with rescues. We run background checks on every sitter and they have all completed a pet first aid and CPR classes. In addition, we supply bios and references for each sitter. We have a backup system so that if a sitter is ill or involved in an accident a back sitter will be able to come to take care of your furry one. We know that every pet and home is different, so we offer customized, comprehensive care. Before your first service, we schedule an in-home consultation with you and your pet. This will allow you to meet your sitter and the owner and show us exactly what you and your pet(s) need. Your pet will also see the same sitter every time so they can form a bond.
