4/26/14 Terrible experience and manager of Top Nail School held me in the building after 4 hours while she called the police on me.

I went to get a simple pedicure and a full set yesterday and 4 hours later ended up with neither! After the manager fixed my pedicure (1 1/2 hrs) , she had a student start my full set. The student had done such a terrible job on the nails, the instructor asked her to take the nails off and start again. I was understanding, these are students, I didn't expect perfection. After the student took off the full set, one of my natural fingernails was bleeding. The manager sent a different student over to start the new set, however it was now past closing time and the young lady had to leave. The manger finished the set of nails and they were crooked and my French tips were not even. I told the manager, I wasn't paying for the shoddy work. After four hours, I was very upset. The manager took nail clippers and immediately started cutting all the nails off. I didn't care at this point.

As I was leaving, she asked if I was going to pay for the pedicure, I replied no. The manager locked the front door and made me stay inside while she called the police on me. As we were waiting on the police the manager took nail polish remover to my feet! The police released me from the building! I don't advise this business. This is a very unprofessional establishment.
