Founded in 2022 by a fine jewelry business owner, Arsalan Tariq, Top Notch Jewelers has come a long way from its beginnings in a kiosk in a mall in Warner Robins, Ga. When Arsalan first started out, his passion in the jewelry business drove him to open a forum where he can reach people outside the city, and gave him the impetus to turn hard work and inspiration into to a booming online store. We now serve customers all over the world, and are thrilled to be a part of the fine wing of the jewelry industry.
