Top Quality Pizza in Oxford Circle/ Castor, Philadelphia is not top quality. The food is horrible. My daughter asked me to never order from thetr again. Buffalo chicken was the worst, cheesesteak was nasty, and how can you mess up on a pizza. YUCK!!
