Absolutely disappointed with this company. I purchased a living social deal online with high hopes and expectations. I originally called to make an appointment and everything was great. A week later, the scheduling department called me and asked to change my appointment date... no big deal, it happens.

The next week, I got a phone call where the lady claimed I made a different appointment date. After some discussion, someone made a mistake and wrote down my appointment wrong. Ok, human error.

The night before my appointment, no one had called me for a scheduled time of arrival. (I did receive an email confirming my appointment but no scheduled time) I called the office at 4:30 pm (half hour before closing time) and a man told me he would call me back later. I received a phone call at 9pm telling me he would be at my house between 9am-12am. Today is the day of my appointment and no one has showed up... no courtesy phone call nor an apology.

Unfortunately, I will tell everyone...
