We offer Chiropractic care, Massage Therapy and Pilates to improve the overall health and function of the body. Chiropractic care- We utilize a variety of techniques to help improve you discomfort and increase the bodies ability to heal itself with the use of drugs or surgery. The techniques used are Activator Methods, Manual Chiropractic Adjustments, Drop Table Technique, Flexion / Distraction, Cranial Release Technique Massage therapy - We have 3 massage therapist that have over 50 years worth of experience. The do neuromuscular re-education, swedish massage, sports medicine massage, myfacial release, trigger point massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology and aromatherapy. Pilates- We have a pilates instructor who does one on one training to help improve overall muscle strength and core stability to further aid your body in improving.
