Tote Unlimited in United Riverside, Fort Worth is dishonest. I just had the most un-believable bad experience with this company. I called and spoke to the owner of the business for a broken item. He said the item has two years warranty and asked me to send it back to him. I explained to him that the item was right around the two years borderline but he said to mail it back anyway. Inside the package, I put in a note to let me know if replacement is not possible, how much it will cost. Two months later, I did not hear back from them. I called and spoke to the owner again. He obviously mis-placed the box and had to go find it. Then he told me there is no replacement. I asked him why nobody contacted me about how much it would cost to replace it, he offered no apology and became argumentative. He accused me of trying to cheat him out of a free bag. Eventually he hung up on me. I called back to speak to someone who is rude too. Don't do business with this company. They are nasty and poor quality of their products.
