About us
Founded by two native Austinites, Justin Rourke and John Martin, Tower Property Management has challenged the “big money” property services status quo since 2015. With extensive experience spanning decades, involving dealings with Tenants, Landlords, and fellow Property Managers, as well as personal investments in rental properties, it became glaringly evident that the dynamic Central Texas real estate market lacked an adequate service provider. In their characteristic refusal to accept the status quo, Rourke and Martin united to create a fresh, client-centric property management firm.
