About us
Tracey Tracy, M.D. is a family medicine physician at Monument Health Rapid City Clinic, Flormann Street and at both Urgent Care locations in Rapid City. Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, she completed her family medicine residency at Providence Milwaukie Hospital in Milwaukie, Ore. in 2010. Before that, she received her Doctorate of Medicine from Oregon Health & Sciences University in Portland and her Bachelor's of Science in Biology from University of Portland.
