In April 2012 we boarded our 5 Jack Russell Terriers with this facility. Upon our return home a week later we were told the groomer had taken him out for a walk and let go of the leash. They said they found our dog later the following day, but he had been hit by a car and was dead when they found him. We never thought we would ever leave any of our dogs in their care again. After months of dealing with the loss of such a loving dog we tried to come to terms and put things in perspective. We again, boarded our 4 remaining Jack Russell's with his office in Dec 2012. Once again...after returning home we were told one was missing. This time we were told the part-time Vet took our dog out for a walk and the leash got tangled around his legs and he fell. When he fell he let go of her leash and she was missing. Again, we never received a phone call telling us she was missing. They claimed nothing like this had ever happened before and we had to remind them that they were responsible for...
