I LOVE my yoga classes! Rachel is a master at motivating, giving feedback & providing variety. I wouldn't have tried this at a large gym. The small class sizes and personal attention are definite plusses too! No more excuses or delays for not exercises. It's now a commitment and when will I each week. THANKS! Janet
