Sometimes we have lost our way as a person, a couple in a relationship, or as a member in our family. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with you to provide encouragement, empowerment, and motivation to develop positive solutions to regain your sense of purpose and meaning once again. Through the education and experiences I have, I help you navigate through learning techniques that will help you feel whole again and feel the motivation to continue onto your pursuit of health and happiness. Happiness is not given to us, we often have to work to achieve it.
