Struggling with emotional triggers or past trauma? I help clients identify patterns, process difficult memories with EMDR, and learn how to manage strong emotions. Healing is possible—with the right support.
I listen carefully to my clients’ stories, helping them understand their symptoms and uncover patterns linked to past experiences or beliefs. Using EMDR and a trauma-informed approach, I guide individuals in processing their challenges and building emotional regulation skills for long-term healing.
