Transform Bariatrics offers comprehensive weight loss care and aesthetic procedures with offices in Germantown, and Greenbelt, Maryland. The practice uses a shared decision-making model to help each patient determine the weight loss plan that works best for them. Both nonsurgical and surgical options are available.
Nonsurgical weight loss options include prescription weight loss medication, the Orbera® gastric balloon, and endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty (gastric sleeve).
