About us

I have always been passionate about helping people grow & succeed. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate diploma in Travel & Tourism from India. I worked as a Tourist Officer at the Government of India Tourist Office.

Moving to California in 1983, I found my true calling working with the developmentally disabled. I worked as an adult education teacher and then started my own residential care facility for individuals with special needs.

I furthered my education by obtaining an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University, and a Doctoral in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. I am also a Certified Life Coach from the Life Purpose Institute in San Diego and a Certified Crisis Prevention Instructor from the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI).

My focus is on life and career coaching. I take pride in my ability to see potential in people and help them achieve positive growth and success.
