Trevor Ulrich is the Owner & Licensed Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach at A Safe Haven Wellness, blending clinical insight with compassionate care to support individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and persistent negative thought patterns. Accredited by the International Coaching Federation, Trevor is deeply committed to helping people break through limiting beliefs and live more empowered lives. Trevor began his career in the medical field as a Nurse in emergency rooms across North Carolina. He found his greatest passion working in psychiatric units, where he connected deeply with patients navigating mental health crises.
