About us
Working to promote, maintain and enhance the quality of life in Mercer, Van Wert and Paulding Counties. We plan, fund, and monitor a system of mental health and addiction services for adults and children for the purpose of improving the quality of their lives. We provide Alcohol and drug addiction services to those whose lives are disrupted by addiction to alcohol and other drugs. This includes adults or children whose use of alcohol and other drugs substantially impairs or endangers their health to the extent that their social and/or economic functioning is disrupted.
