Steve Schlesinger and Michael O'Rourke founded Tri State Fire Protection LLC and Tri State Hood & Duct LLC, because after a combined experience of 60 years they believed that they could better serve customers with their own business. In just nine years of being in business the success of Tri State has been displayed. Tri State has been recognized as one of the "Top Ten Companies to Watch" by Business New Hampshire Magazine. Since its inception, Tri State has grown to 100 employees serving over 5,000 customers in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont and Connecticut.
