PROFESSIONAL BARTENDING SERVICE: Our bartenders do more than just serve drinks! Our trained and certified bartenders will arrive on time to set up. Every bartender is equipped with cocktail shakers, wine and beer key. Our personal bartender will take care of everything from icing down product, setting up bar area, serving drinks, refilling ice bins, cutting garnishes and of course keeping your guests satisfied. And don't worry about cleanup; we will take care of that as well! You can count on our experience in catering events to ensure that your event will be flawless. The bar staff will dress formal tuxedo black and white with bow tie. It can be coordinated beforehand upon request to fit your needs of venue or theme.

PROFESSIONAL FOOD SERVERS/WAITSTAFF: Our servers do more than just pass trays! Our award winning professional servers have Safe Food, food handling and in multiple areas of service from set-up, heating, plating appetizers, serving plated or buffet style dinners, complete table service, cleaning and breaking-down per your instructions. This allows for certain flexibility when the need arises. Their professional dress code is formal-tuxedo black & whites with bow tie.
