I had my units installed two years ago by TRV. It was probably the single worst vendor experience I have ever gone through in my life. It took 6 weeks for them to do a job they committed to get done in two weeks. Vinny Badali, the owner of TRV, was non-responsive, surly and confrontational on his good days. And, two years later, I'm still uncovering problems with my system due to the shoddy workmanship and sub-par materials TRV used to install my system. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with TRV.
