I had a terrible experience at this salon.I was a new client and I found the owner to be disinterested in retaining me as a customer.After she colored my hair and it came out too dark,I asked her if she could fix it for me that day.She stated she had 2 other clients coming in & couldn't accommodate me.She offered appointments for the following week,which I couldn't schedule.
In this economy merchants should be willing to correct problems,(especially if they are the cause of them)in order to ensure a customer's return.Obviously Judy feels she doesn't need to go out of her way to correct her mistakes & accommodate her clients.
I should also mention the salon is dirty.
Judy should clean up her act & her shop if she expects to stay in business.
