About us
As a life coach, psychologist and psychotherapist, I have been helping people reach their most important goals for 38 years. I have loved all the things I've been privileged to do in my work. Part of what I love about being a life coach is that it allows me to use the experience and skills I've developed over decades of being a psychologist and psychotherapist, to help empower an even broader range of people to reach for an even broader range of goals. It is such a joy to be part of the growth process that characterizes life coaching.
