TYL II Preschool is a STAR 4 quality-rated childcare center offering daycare, preschool, school-age programs, and summer camps for children ages 8 weeks to 12 years. We provide free Universal Pre-K for children ages 3-5 in partnership with the Mayor’s Office of Philadelphia.
