Tyler Quest, MD, FAAD
About us
Dr. Quest was raised in Casper and has been thrilled to be back among family and friends and providing board-certified dermatology care for the community since 2017. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Wyoming and was honored as one of the top pre-medical students at graduation. He then completed four years of rigorous medical training at the University of Washington School of Medicine through the WWAMI program. During that time, Dr. Quest completed rotations in various specialties at one of the highest ranked medical schools in the world. He was also honored at the recipient of the Magnuson Scholarship which is awarded to six students yearly on the basis of 'outstanding academic performance and potential contributions to research in the health sciences.'
Dr. Quest knew dermatology was his calling when he completed his rotation in dermatology at Harborview Medical Center, caring for some of the most complex dermatology conditions in the nation. After graduation from medical school, he completed a year of internal medicine at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO before proceeding to an additional three years of training in dermatology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. As the only academic hospital in a very large geographic radius, during these three years Dr. Quest continued to advance his knowledge in complex medical dermatology, dermatologic surgery, dermatopathology and pediatric dermatology, training with many of the world's experts.
During his final year his dermatology training, Dr. Quest was selected by his instructors and peers to serve as Chief Resident. He has been back in Casper since 2017 and loves spending time with family and friends. Dr. Quest also enjoys mountain biking, fly-fishing, and enjoying everything Casper and the surrounding area has to offer. Dr. Quest continues to serve as a faculty member at the University of Washington School of Medicine, working with family practice residents in Casper and as a dermatology instructor for the University of Washington School of Medicine WWAMI Program. His favorite part about Casper Dermatology Clinic is 'our amazing patients and staff and being able to continue to provide evidenced-based and high-quality care while maintaining the personal nature of a locally owned and managed practice.'
