Adrianna Cruz-Ocampo was born in Cali, Columbia. In 1973 she immigrated to Los Angeles with her parents and sister. Attending, Blessed Sacrament Elementary and Our Lady of Corvallis High School in Studio City, she was actively involved on the swim team, the Yearbook staff, the Keywanettes Club and theater production. Adrianna’s passion for her community was supported in those years through her involvement in a collective effort to visit and care for elderly people living in convalescent homes throughout the San Fernando Valley.
