BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS!!! This merchant, specifically the owner is racist and hates white people, that's what the owner said to me today when I informed him that one of his pumps was not working properly and that he should fix or remove it from service. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he told me that next time I come in I won't be served. He said I have the right to refuse service to anyone, especially white pieces of shit like you, I hate your types. He then canceled my transaction and physically threatened me with violence to leave the store. Considering my family lives in the Ranches and uses this particular station to gas up frequently, I found his words un-American and plain rude not to mention the majority of his business comes from white people, he shouldn't be alienating his clientele. But racists don't care who they offend and that was obvious with today's encounter with the owner of this establishment. It's obvious these people are merely reaping the benefits of being in business in America, because by their behavior one can tell they hate Americans. These anti-American merchants should be investigated for hate crimes and discrimination and this letter is the first step in that process. My family has 8 vehicles, multiple ATVs and a portable 500 gallon diesel tank for use on the property (of which we fill every week) that before this encounter we would use u gas to fill up. Now we will just go down the street about 100 feet and go to Shell who has better gas, a cleaner station and less racist overtones.

There is no place in civil society for racism but considering this merchant isn't from the U.S. I see how he has difficulty adhering to that concept, but that's no excuse. Instead he decided, without realizing the impact of his comments, to alienate a loyal customer solely because his true feelings towards whites were exposed. In addition to the actions listed above, I will be starting a boycott campaign against this merchant. Considering I'm the property manager for a local multi-unit condominium complex that I know first hand the tenants use U Gas to fill up and I'm also the point of contact for a business that has 1,000's of customers in the South Florida region, this merchant can expect a sharp decrease in business in the days, months and years to come.
