UBuildIt in Spokane Valley is not a place to go if you want to build your dream home. The current franchisee owner is disloyal to his clients, preferring to side with his 'preferred vendors' over the paying client's interests. He's probably getting kickbacks or finder's fees from the contractors. Great knowledge of homebuilding, but his untrustworthiness negates anything positive. Also, the fees charged in the UBuildit system are sometiumes absurd. An example is the costing fees, $3.5K for a discarded WAG before you start??
Recommend any homeowners in the Spokane area interested in a more involved process make a similar deal with a general contractor instead of using this particular franchisee.
