Umbra is a full-service restaurant located in Downtown East Minneapolis within the Canopy by Hilton Minneapolis hotel. We offer seasonal menus crafted by our award-winning Executive Chef, Kevin Aho, who embraces the changes that each season brings with new bites from the freshest ingredients available.
