The company itself and it's mission statement are exactly what I wanted in a firm to be associated with. BUT the employee they chose to be the department director at the facililty I was working at was dishonest and had no respect for those we directed or those we served. I tried on a few occasions to let our superiors at Unidine know what I observed, but it fell on deaf ears and subsequently I resigned.
Therefore I would suggest that if you're contemplating employment with Unidine, you're certain that not only those in your department, but also those in the higher chain of command have the same morals, values and commitments to service that you do or you'll be sorely disappointed.
The direction and support from the company is very good, their focus on quality product, efficient management etc....all a bove and beyond what I would have expected, BUT....be careful
