Uniform Specialists in Katy has a nice selection of scrubs but is overpriced and has horrible customer service. I purchased along with some new scrubs two white long-sleeved undershirts for my new job (which the owner told me were already pre-shrunk.) I got home and washed them according to the care tag and both came out as belly shirts with sleeves that came about three inches short of my wrists. When I called and explained what happened, Theresa snapped at me and said there was nothing she could do because she couldn't resell the shirts. I asked her So I paid $30 for the two shirts that I can't even wear? Again, with a more bitchy attitude, she snapped and said Isn't that what I just told you? I've purchased $3 shirts from Walmart that have lasted me for years and that is who will be getting my money from now on. TERRIBLE, RUDE and HORRIBLE customer service. I will never shop there again and I will make sure to inform my large hospital staff that has given her so much business...
