Description: We offer dinner Monday-Thursday, Lunch and Dinner on Friday, Brunch and Dinner on Saturday and Sunday. The menu varies daily or weekly and uses only seasonal items. We do not own a freezer so all of our food is fresh. All of the juices for the cocktails are freshly squeezed and centrifuged to clarify. We work with local foragers and local farmers and ensure that all of the proteins are humanly raised with no hormones or antibiotics. All of the proteins are non confined.
