Unique Tan in Hoover is the worst salon I have ever been to. I would not send my worst enemy there!This is the most unprofessional, rudest staff I have ever come across.Their lack of product knowledge is shocking!!! I asked what was the difference between the Snooki and JWoww collection...the response was oh it's just the people from Jersey Shore They trash talk about you when they think you can't hear them....the walls don't go up to the ceiling so you can hear everything.I had a situation so when the manager called me, all she could talk about was all the drama her staff was starting.After I canceled my membership, I was still being charged bc they said I didn't give enough notice...It was more than 30 days which is in the terms and agreement! By far this is the most trashy, unorganized group of individuals ever put in the same room!!!
