The mechanic that works here doesn't even know how to time a Perkins Diesel engine. He calls himself an expert but he spent 5 months throwing parts a the engine with little change. We had an actual expert look at it and he diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes. I wouldn't let United Marine change my oil.
