United Multicare Health Center involves minor movements or adjustments of vertebrae in the spine. These adjustments occur when the chiropractor uses their hands or an instrument to apply pressure to move vertebrae back into place. The movement is quick and is often without discomfort, although it may cause a noise that sounds like you’re cracking your knuckles.
