The Advanced Technology Program (ATP) at the University of Idaho provides accredited educational pathways for those pursuing a career in athletic training. Offering both the Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT) and the Doctor of Athletic Training (DAT), these innovative programs combine online coursework with hands-on clinical experiences to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to become certified athletic trainers. The hybrid learning model allows flexibility while ensuring a comprehensive education that prepares graduates to excel in the dynamic field of athletic training, supporting athletes and active individuals at all levels. With a focus on practical skills, clinical expertise, and academic rigor, the University of Idaho’s ATP is dedicated to producing the next generation of healthcare professionals in sports and exercise medicine.
