Due to high call volume and demand for service,
All calls are recorded for quality assurance.
All work is done in-home or on-site.
TV's, Computer's, Smart Phone's, and other electronics, cannot be dropped off.
The initial cost for any service or estimate is 30 dollars.
A "Service Request," includes a technician arriving at your location,
thoroughly assessing your issue, on-site, within 1 or 2 days after you have paid.
If parts are required a technician will order them while on-site,
after inspecting the original parts inside.

All tracking information and status of repair will be sent via text or email.
If you are ready for service or paying in cash, please have your location ready.

How much does it cost?
All costs and estimates are determined based on the issue.
With our service you will pay anywhere between $40.00 - $70.00 + Parts.
This cost only reflects the service and repair of one (1) TV.
For additional TV's, the cost will be estimated once the first TV is repaired,
and you are satisfied with service.

Due to high call volume and demand for service,
all calls made to this line are recorded for quality assurance.
To speak to a technician, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of $15.00.

Why am I being charged $15.00?
The reason for this charge is to lock in your time and date for service.
We will thoroughly assess your TV issue on-site within 24 - 48 hours after you have paid.
If parts are required before arriving on-site, a technicians will arrive within 24 - 48 hours after parts are shipped. All tracking information and status of repair will be sent to you via email.

You completely agree and understand that you will be charged once you call for any type of service in relation to your TV. We are unable to answer any questions regarding your TV if you do not agree to these terms and conditions. Once you have decided to call and request service please have your issue, questions, name, address, and phone number ready as well as your method of payment.

The estimated cost to fix any TV is $40.00 - $70.00 + parts;
(Leon County)

The estimated cost to fix any TV is $50.00 - $90.00 + parts;
(Gadsden county, Wakulla County, Jefferson County, Liberty County, Franklin County)

A technician will thoroughly assess the issue on site and order parts if needed to fix.
All part costs are separate and all prices vary.
