About us
UpliftedCare provides palliative care, hospice care, complementary therapies, veteran services and grief support services. Serving the counties of Ford, Iroquois, Livingston, Grundy, Will and Kankakee, UpliftedCare offers services for those struggling with serious illness with routine care and 24/7 on-call support. The UpliftedCare Community Grief Center offers grief support counseling, support groups and workshops for anyone experiencing grief even if their loved one did not receive care from UpliftedCare.
